Weekly contact impro classes where we usually work from a body listening, going through technical or research exercises, and we end up with a small impro to play all the material learned in the session.
A different theme to focus each month. You can attend on a regular basis, although the purpose is to create continuity in learning.

Space for improvisation through free movement, alone, in tune or sharing body weights!
Guided introduction of approximately 30 minutes, to get moving and introduce ourselves to contact.
Well-kept space, room with wooden floor and surrounded by nature. We often go out to the garden to dance in the sun. 🌿
